The job was to expand and grow a 30-year-old legacy company into becoming a modern brand through visual ID, marketing, and content strategy. I led a team of four brand/marketing designers who worked closely with a marketing team and a content team (among other teams company-wide) to produce a wide variety of design projects. This included subscription-focused ad campaigns across social platforms, video and live video content series (including broadcast graphics and motion design), and cross-functional email marketing campaigns which worked in conjunction with modal and landing page campaigns. Our team launched several new company-wide tentpole marketing campaigns for ecommerce, travel, new subscription price models, as well as go-to-market campaigns in all new regions such as Australia and New Zealand.
